1. How can I change my payment frequency or payment date?

2. How can I find my loan balance?
With our new Option B App you can login in and have access to details of your loan/lease with Option B. If you are unable to login, call customer service 1-866-511-6922.
3. How can I trade my car in and get another car?
Firstly, you should have a payout quote on your current vehicle. You can obtain this by calling customer service. Second, find a vehicle you would like to purchase and have the dealership offer a trade in value for your current vehicle. Once you have all this information contact Option B to complete the trade in.
4. What happens if I change my bank account and/or any contact information?
Email firstname.lastname@example.org a copy of the new pre-authorized payment form. Be sure to include your first and last name along. Alternatively, you can fax it to 416-626-7465.
5. What happens at the end of my LEASE TO OWN?
If you have an Option B Lease, you will need to complete a safety and bring the original to Option B in order for the vehicle to be transferred to you.
6. What happens at the end of my LOAN?
If you have an Option B Loan, after the last payment, Option B will forward a full release to you.
7. Does this loan help my credit?
Positive payment history will be reported to Equifax every month which can help build credit.
8. What happens if I miss a payment?
